What happens in a Founder Conversation?
You set the agenda. Sessions typically begin with a brief description of what's on your mind, and then follow the thread wherever it leads. The consultant asks questions, reflects back what it hears, and occasionally offers a frame or reference that might be useful. There is no fixed structure; the session is yours.
How long does a Capability Map engagement take?
Typically three to four weeks from start to delivery. This includes scheduling and conducting interviews with function leaders and adjacent teams, reviewing a sample of recent work, and drafting the written map. The exact timeline depends on scheduling availability on your side.
Are sessions conducted in person or remotely?
Both options are available. In-person sessions are held in Kuala Lumpur, typically at a location convenient to you. Remote sessions work well for leaders based outside KL or for those who prefer the flexibility of a video call.
How is confidentiality handled?
All engagements are confidential. Information shared during sessions is not used in any public materials, case studies, or other client work. A confidentiality agreement is available for any client who wishes to formalise this.
How are fees structured and what are the payment terms?
The Founder Conversation Series is billed per session at RM 1,400. The Capability Map is billed as a flat engagement at RM 2,900. Reading List Curation is a monthly retainer at RM 550. All fees are in Malaysian Ringgit; invoices are issued electronically with standard 14-day payment terms.
